Where is the festival?

How will my ticket(s) be issued?

You will receive an immediate automatic receipt for your payment, followed by a confirming email within 48 hours.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

Not a problem.  We have a list of all registrations.  Just identify yourself at the registration desk.

Will my booking attract booking fees?

No.

Can I add to my registration for the ‘whole weekend’ price.? E.g. booked for Saturday only but want to add Sunday.

Yes, just contact administration via Contact Us on the website.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes, but this may not include dinner, depending on the bookings.

I’m having trouble processing my order, who can I contact?

Can I buy tickets by phone?

No, unfortunately not.  Registration is only by an automated system on the website.

Does the venue have disabled access?

Yes.

Does the venue cater for specific dietary requirements?

Yes. Breaks, lunches and dinner all have vegetarian and gluten-free options. For other dietary requirements please Contact Us.

Where can I park?

There is parking in High Street or in nearby streets and a carpark at the back of the venue in front of the State Primary School. There is a convenient walkway opposite this carpark down to High Street. Parking in Boonah is free.

Is there a Covid-safe plan?

Yes, you can view it here. If the festival is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions all fees paid will be refunded in full.
